Do I also write copy/content?
I can provide short copy for things like quick changes to landing pages, but for long content pieces, ebooks, articles and guides, I have a seasoned team of freelance writers, designers and editors to help move the process along quicker. If you have an in-house team that can be utilized for the project, I am happy to work with them as well.
How many hours will I dedicate to your project once we start working together?
It really depends on the nature of the project, as each client’s needs are different. I’ve told clients in the past not to fixate on the amount of hours — focus on the value you are getting from my help. I will dedicate as much time as it takes to get the job done and your goals met. Do I “do” social media?
Absolutely. I believe social media should always fall in line with the content strategy, so once we get that figured out, we will also determine how social media will come into play. After the strategy is laid out, we can discuss who will execute the day-to-day posting (i.e. a team member from your in-house team).
What is the length of time I normally work with clients?
Anywhere from one month to six months+.
